Policy & Returns

Product Return Policy


Returns MUST have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION # before a credit will be issued. If a product is received with no paperwork or RA#, a credit will not be issued until the customer is contacted and a request for an RA is evaluated.

  • Refused deliveries are the exception. Companies that refuse delivery will be contacted for an explanation. If the explanation is not a valid reson for returning the product, the account may be placed on status hold.

  • Obtain an RA# by either:
    a. Faxing a list of the returning products to (919) 644-8150 or (919) 644-0818
    b. Call 888-416-6130. (Please have a list of retunrs available when calling)

  • RETURN product to:
    PHE WHOLESALE
    Attn: Returns Department
    302 Meadowlands Drive
    Hillsborough, NC 27278


Include
  • A list of returned items (If returning both overstock and defective videos, please specify the condition of each video)
  • A referenced RA#
  • Your company name

When returning overstock, please remove any price or code stickers from the outside of the boxes.

Overstock New Releases


Product must be sold for 30 days following a release before it can be returned. After 30 days, AE Wholesale will then issue you a return authorization number only through one of the two options listed above.

Overstock will be issued a credit within 30 days after the product is received. Defectives will be credited or replaced (upon request), within 30 days of receipt of return.

***AE WHOLESALE reserves the right to charge a 10% RESTOCKING FEE on overstock returns***

AE Wholesale will only credit freight for defectives. No credit will be given for freight overstock.
