Synopsis

New Debbie (Bree Olson), Maureen (Riley Evans), Josephine (Nicole Ray) and Hank (Sara Stone) are all moving in together to save money. As they move in, Kirby, a salesman, arrives selling dildos. The new tenants think he is selling vacuum cleaners. Debbie (Nina Hartley), their neighbor stops by to gossip about their haunted house, her ex-husband, the paramedic (Mike Horner) and makes a general nuisance of herself. While she is there, the movers arrive with the girls\' things and Debbie tries to help but New Debbie takes over. Strange things are happening in the house so New Debbie starts to worry that maybe it is haunted. Their plumbing goes awry, so they call a plumber (Faye Reagan) to come and Josephine helps her. Finally, New Debbie calls an exorcist to help her get rid of any unwanted spirits. Debbie\'s ex-husband, the paramedic, comes to help New Debbie get over her panic attack and they strike up a friendship.
